RARE - COLLECTIBLE MAGIC EFFECT
Condition: Very Good; some minor nicks due to age.
Effect: magician displays two cut-out dogs, one white and one black. Also, two doghouse covers are shown empty and placed over the dogs. The black dog house goes over the black dog and the white dog house goes over the white dog, then when the covers are moved from one dog to the other, the dogs change places. When the black cover is placed over the white dog, the white dog suddenly becomes black. And when the white dog house goes over the black dog, the black dog suddenly becomes white. This can be made to happen a number of times. Eventually, the audience become suspicious and demands to see the other side of the dogs. When the magician, after some fun comic byplay, turns the dogs around, it is seen that they are now spotted dogs. Thus the name Spot on the dog house.
The classic hippity-hop rabbits effect in a very unique presentation that is scarce and hard to find.
